The current Internal Rules are coordinated with the Statute approved on 10 August 2026 and entered into force on 10 August 2026. This English page is an information aid only.
For association and legal purposes, the Italian version prevails. The Italian digital version published online is an official consultation version coherent with the Rules adopted on 10 August 2026; names and signatures may be omitted for privacy. The complete signed original is kept in the Association records and may be consulted at the Association offices under the applicable rules. In case of discrepancy, the original prevails.
Essential principles
- Access is reserved exclusively to duly admitted adult members. No guests, provisional, temporary or trial members are provided for.
- Submitting an application does not itself grant membership or a right of access; identity and association checks are required.
- Reservations, capacity and access may be regulated to protect safety, privacy, the quality of association activities and the balance of attendance.
- Dress code, personal hygiene, cleanliness, staff instructions and the proper use of all areas must be respected.
- Illegal drugs, prostitution or paid sexual services, unauthorised photographs/video/audio, threatening or invasive conduct and non-consensual behaviour are prohibited.
- Consent must always be free, current and revocable. A refusal, silence or discomfort must be respected immediately.
- Reserved areas, couples areas and private areas are subject to the rules of the evening and to the consent of all people involved.
- Sexual acts of any kind are prohibited in the swimming pool, hot tub and other water areas.
- Member collaborators may carry out certain recreational support or relaxation activities only on a personal, spontaneous and unpaid basis, subject to the limits stated in the Rules and Statute.
- Violations may lead to immediate removal, warning, suspension or exclusion according to the applicable association procedures.
